Jeff immediately began looking for something that would fit my financial needs and did not pressure me into something I knew I would not be able to afford.  It is for this reason I have purchased several vehicles from Jeff in the past.  He has always treated me fairly and has always used a "No pressure sales technique."  In dealing with Jeff, I do not have to worry about the high pressure sales tactics and know that I am going to get the best deal.  He is a superb salesman and your company is lucky to have him.

Lance and Marc were outstanding while trying to finance the new Jeep and tried very hard to meet my financial needs.  They immediately ran into issues regarding my credit, but did not give up.  They worked together and figured out a way to take care of my needs.  I have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never had such good service.  It was nice to sit down with Lance and Marc and see that they were doing everything possible to take care of me.

I am now the proud owner of a 2005 Jeep Liberty and am very happy with the purchase and the service I received.  Your company is lucky to have all four of them and I greatly appreciate all the work they did.  Because of the extreme professionalism and dedication to the customer, I will recommend Darlings of Augusta to all who ask. Please take whatever action you feel necessary to ensure these four outstanding employees are recognized for their patience and outstanding work with me during the past couple of months.

My vehicle needed emergency work.  It had to be towed and repaired.  The whole process went so smoothly I couldn't believe it.  I have had other cars repaired at various places and always had problems arise. Everyone was very helpful and was very professional. They did an inspection of my car and found a very serious problem I would not have known about.  It will be taken care of this week at Darling's. This was the first time anything went wrong with my vehicle, but I know that there will be other problems arise and I will continue to have all repairs done at Darling's. Thank goodness there is a great place in this area we can count on for good and professional car care.

I had my Santa Fe repaired at Darling's and I have not been more pleased with any service I've have had at an auto dealer. I have lost count of the number of new vehicles I have bought over the years. I recently had an issue with my car starting and had to have it towed into Darling's just before Christmas. As you might assume I wasn't a very happy camper. They determined by testing that there was a battery problem, which was replaced during the service. That would have been above the standards of most dealers but they didn't stop there. Your staff did a fitness inspection and a treatment plan. That is a very simple statement for in depth vehicle inspection. From measuring the tire tread level, brake pads to include when the cars next state inspection is due. You even topped off fluids like windshield washer. My wife, who knows when a car doesn't sound right even though she may not have an idea of why, could understand what was done and why they did it due to the information provided. I feel comfortable having my wife take our vehicles to you for service. Knowing you organization and staff won't try to sell her a service that would increase the bill but not the reliability. I do recommend that anyone looking for a new or used car or truck should go to your Darling's. You have quality vehicles at great prices and super service. I can't think of going to anyone but Darlings for my vehicles. Thank you very much for my Santa Fe and Dodge Ram 2500 and the great service. PS It didn't cost me a cent.
