Business Development Center - Darling's Auto Mall/Darling's Chevrolet Ellsworth

Darling's Auto Mall and Darling's Chevrolet in Ellsworth are looking for an individual with strong communication skills to serve as our next business development center representative. Our BDC representatives are responsible for engaging customers, working with our sales team to provide timely answers to their questions and ultimately scheduling appointments for them to visit the dealership. The right candidate must have strong customer service acumen and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.  If you are enthusiastic, confident, have superior customer service skills, and are willing to work hard to achieve results, then we should talk. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Working within our lead management system to analyze, answer and log all inbound leads promptly (within 10 minutes). Contact customers by phone and email to schedule appointments. Confirm scheduled appointments. Follow-up with sales about scheduled appointments to determine the outcome. Schedule future contact as needed.
